How to Order PVC Aadhaar Card Online:
• Visit the Official Website: https://uidai.gov.in/
• Click on “Order Aadhaar PVC Card” from the “My Aadhaar” Tab on the Menu.
• After clicking on it, a new tab will open. Choose the “Order Aadhaar PVC Card” option.
• To access this page, you must log in using either your 12 Digit Aadhaar Number/ 28 digit Enrolment ID/ SID. Type the security code in. Click the checkbox if your mobile number is not already registered. After your choice, enter the non-registered/alternative mobile number to which a one-time password will be sent.
• Then, select “Send OTP.” Your registered mobile number or the number you provide will receive a one-time password.
• After entering the OTP, Click the checkbox next to “Terms and Conditions.” Then, hit “Submit.”
• You can view a preview of the Aadhaar card for verification if your mobile number is included in the UIDAI database. Without a registered mobile number, no preview will be provided.
• When you click “Make Payment,” you’ll be taken to the payment gateway. You can pay for it with a credit or debit card, Net banking, or UPI.
• After successful payment, receipt will get generated having digital signature which can be downloaded by Aadhaar number holder in PDF format. Aadhaar number holder will also get the Service Request Number via SMS.
• Aadhaar number holder can track the status of SRN till dispatch of Aadhaar Card on Check Aadhaar Card Status.
• SMS containing AWB number will also be sent once dispatched from DoP. Aadhaar number holder can further track delivery status by visiting DoP website.

What is SRN?
SRN is 14 digits Service Request Number which is generated after raising request for Aadhaar update. It will be generated once you start submitting the request. Till the completion of the transaction ‘resume’ option shall be available.

Check Aadhaar PVC Card Status:

• Click on “Check Aadhaar PVC Card Status” from the “My Aadhaar” Tab on the Menu.
• Enter your 14 digit Service Request Number (SRN) and captcha code on the new screen. After clicking on “Check Status,” the status will be shown.

How many days will it take to receive “Aadhaar PVC Card” after creating successful request?
After receiving order for Aadhaar PVC Card from the Aadhaar number holder, UIDAI hands over printed Aadhaar Card to DoP within 5 working days (excluding the date of request). Aadhaar PVC Card is delivered via SPEED POST Service of India Post in line with existing delivery norms to the address registered in aadhaar database.
