Educational Qualification & Experience:
• Post-graduation (Full time) degree in live stream subjects such as management, economics and social work or similar fields from a recognized university;
• Should have a proven experience of at least 15 years of developmental and atleast 5 years of experience in leadership role in the development sector with national and international agencies;
• Should have spearheaded a team engaged with bilateral agency/ organization;
• Well- developed knowledge of funded projects with a demonstrable understanding of the technical and administrative reporting processes;
• Excellence writing and speaking English and Gujarati;
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to devise creative solutions to complex problems;
• Ability to maintain positive, collaborative, productive relationships with staff at all levels;
• Willingness to travel across Gujarat;
• Strong understanding and proven track of organizational process;
