Educational qualification:
- Junior Engineer – 3 years Engineering Diploma (Polytechnic) in Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronic, Radio, Computer, Instrumentation or Information Technology.

Selection Process: All India Online competitive Exam (MCQ)
Scheme of Exam: 200 MCQ of 200 Marks in 3 hours
- Paper – 1: General Ability Test: 20 MCQ of 20 Marks
- Paper – II: Basic Engineering: 90 MCQ of 90 Marks
- Paper – III: Specialization: 90 MCQ of 90 Marks
Application fee: Rs.1000 for OBC candidates and Rs.500 for ST/SC candidates by online payment mode using debit/ Credit cards.
