Educational Qualification: Post Graduate in Library & Information Science (above 55% marks and passed in 2016 or later) Desirable Criteria – Candidates clearing their MLISc examination in 2016 or in 2017. Good communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal and intrapersonal skills. Basic working knowledge of IT and IT related applications used in libraries.
Age Limit: 30 years. Age relaxation is admissible to SC/ST/OBC/PH/Ex-servicemen candidates, etc. as per Government of India orders on the subject.
Stipend: Consolidated Rs.15000/- p.m. In addition to Stipend, Medical Scheme facility (for self only) under its Contributory Health Service Scheme, free transport facility and subsidized Canteen facilities are admissible for the above post.
Selection Process: interview.
