Sardar Patel University Recruitment for Project Fellow Post 2017
Applications on plain paper with complete bio-data along with the photocopies of marksheets and other supporting documents are invited for ONE post of PROJECT FELLOW (purely temporary) to work in the UGC sponsored Major Research Project entitled, “Evaluation of biosafe products as an alternate strategy to improve the postharvest quality and shelf life of some perishable horticultural produce”.

Educational Qualification: Second class M. Sc. Degree in Botany / Biochemistry / Life Sciences / Biosciences / subject with a minimum of 55% marks for general category or 50% in case of SC / ST / PH).
Fellowship: Project Fellow may be appointed with a consolidated fellowship of
i) NET/GATE qualified – Rs. 16,000/- p.m. for initial 2 years and Rs. 18, 000/- p.m. for the third year.
ii) Non-GATE/Non-NET – Rs. 14,000/- p.m. for initial 2 years and Rs. 16,000/- p.m. for the third year.
Duration: This position is purely temporary and it is Up to 30 – 06- 2018 or co-terminus with the project.
