BOB LBO Eligibility Criteria 2026:
• Age Limit: Min 21 – Max 30 years (as on 01.08.2026) Age relaxation will be applicable to SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen candidates as per government rules.
• Education: Candidates must have completed their graduation in any discipline from a recognised University / Institute, including Integrated Dual Degree (IDD). Candidates with Professional qualifications in Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost Accountant, Engineering, or Medical are also eligible.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank or any Regional Rural Bank as listed in the Second Schedule of the Reserve Bank of India only.
• Language Proficiency: Candidates must be proficient (reading, writing, speaking, understanding) in the local language of the state applied for. This is verified via a Language Proficiency Test (LPT) unless the candidate has studied that language as a subject up to 10th/12th standard.
