Post Name: Research Associate (RA)
Qualification and Experience: B. E./B. Tech. in Electrical/Electronics and related disciplines with a valid GATE score and knowledge in Semiconductor Devices or Microelectronics or equivalent.
Working knowledge of Technology CAD tools like Synopsis Sentaurus/Silivaco is required. Experience in LINUX operating system is desired.
Tenure: Six months extendable up to three years on satisfactory performance
Consolidated Monthly Pay: Rs. 15,000/-
